Classes

Pregnancy babyFIT:
€75.00 for 6 week course

Post Natal babyFIT:
All classes "pay as you go" - €9 per class

Bring a friend and her baby and receive a free class (use as many times as you wish)!!


Private Classes

I run classes for private groups, including: Active Retirement Groups, Senior Citizens, Day Centres,
Staff/Employees of any organisation.

Each class costs €45 per hour.

Payment

• Accepted forms of payment are cash and cheque
  
  
• When paying in cash, please carry exact amount as instructors do not typically carry change
  
  
• Refunds are given on receipt of proof of injury or illness preventing you from exercising for at least three weeks.
  
  
• For classes, the full amount for the course must be paid at the first class.
  
  
• For GPT, payment is not required until the end of your first session

  • If you don't wish to proceed at this stage, you pay for that session only
  • If you do proceed, the total cost of the package must then be paid in full
