Class Details
- Group meets for 1.5 hours and participates in a fitness walking session targeted at improving aerobic fitness to keep our hearts and lungs working effectively
- Class finishes with gentle stretches to prevent fatigued, sore muscles
- After class, we go for coffee and chat on the chosen Health topic" of the week

- Group meets for 1 hour and participates in resistance exercises targeted at toning and strengthening the abdomen, back, legs and arms
- Class finishes with appropriate stretching to prevent fatigued muscles and to relax previously worked out muscle groups

stretching session targeted at improving mobility
and flexibility effectively
- Class concludes with 10 minutes of relaxation and breathing
