Bring your baby in buggy and enjoy a post natal conditioning class outside!
Classes are for new Mums and Babies.
These classes are suitable for all new Mums and include specially adapted exercises to ensure Mums work within their "fat burning zone" - vital for losing pregnancy weight.
They focus on slowly re-building aerobic fitness and on strengthening the "muscles of motherhood".
Classes also work on improving posture and on relieving post natal aches and discomforts.
Receive complimentary nutriitional advice on general health, weight loss and post natal health.
Get fresh air, get fit, have fun!

The benefits
What to expect at class
Post natal classes include a warm-up, followed by a combination of walking drills and strengthening exercises for the upper and lower body.
We use resistance bands, the outdoors and even the buggies for strengthening exercises!
We also stretch tired and achy muscles that come with minding babies!
During the class we venture away from the 'meeting point', but we always return and finish back there.
After class, there is the option to go for coffee, a chat, and baby feed!

Enjoy gentle strengthening and stretching exercises to keep you feeling great during your pregnancy, to
prepare you physically and emotionally for the birth of your baby, and to encourage a healthy and speedy recovery!
Classes focus on maintaining strength, fitness and flexibility, on building postural awareness, and on relaxation in a friendly environment.
Just bring water, a towel & pillow!
Ladies more than 14 weeks pregnant can attend.

We use resistance bands and swiss balls to strengthen muscle groups weakened by pregnancy and childbirth.
We also stretch tired and aching muscles which can leave you feeling quite rejuventated and relaxed at the same time!
